This policy explains how Tally Pro - Tap Counter ("Tally Pro"), published by Lumin Marketing Group ("we", "us"), handles information.
Your counters, names, goals, preferences, and activity history are stored locally on your Apple devices. Tally Pro uses Apple's App Groups to share a limited counter snapshot with its widgets and uses WatchConnectivity to synchronize counters with your paired Apple Watch. We do not operate an account system or upload this counter data to our servers.
The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Subject to your privacy choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad views and interactions, product interaction, diagnostics, and performance data to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising.
Tally Pro asks for any legally required advertising consent before requesting ads. Where applicable, you can change your choices through Counters → Legal & Privacy → Privacy Choices. You can also control Apple's tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If tracking permission is denied, ads may still be shown without access to Apple's advertising identifier. Tally Pro Premium does not request ads after the App Store entitlement has been resolved.

Subscriptions and prior lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Tally Pro reads App Store transaction and entitlement information only to provide, restore, and maintain Premium access.
Tally Pro does not require an account and does not directly collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or counter content. The current app does not include a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.
If you contact us for support, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, diagnose the issue, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate support record. Please do not send payment card details.
We do not sell information you enter into Tally Pro. Advertising data may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above and according to your consent and device settings. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
Local counter and history data remains on your devices until you clear it, reset the app, or delete the app. Advertising providers retain data according to their own policies and your privacy choices. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Tally Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an advertising service, contact us so we can help address the request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Because counter data is stored locally, you control it directly in the app and on your devices. For questions about advertising data or a privacy request, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy as Tally Pro or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page when we do.
